A very good mid 19th century percussion turn over pistol by Davison of Newcastle Upon Tyne. Excellent engraved action, "Davison and Newcastle" with concelled triger and slide safety. Two very good damascus barrels and blocks stamped with London proofs. Some finish. The grip of very fine chequer, on well figured walnut.
