A rare British Naval dirk from the height of the Napoleonic war. 9.75 inches over all with a 6 inch double edge steel blade, brass hilt and bone handle. The grip inlayed with a fish and a trophy of arms, this displays, crossed flags ( union jack ), a midshipman and crossed cannons.The original owners initials ( P B ) are just visible. There are some stable age cracks to the bone grip, but over all very nice.
